I wrote a little while ago about the IBC worship CD project Many Places Many Faces, which includes two of my songs, and it’s finally available for digital download! (iTunes | Amazon)

Here’s the official blurb:

Stemming from the diverse, multicultural network of IBC churches, ‘Many Places Many Faces’ is an eclectic compilation of 15 songs gathered from international artists representing 9 churches located in 5 different countries. The diverse music styles found in this compilation range from pop to soul, from singer-songwriter to southern rock and even a modern hymn is added to the mix, creating this melting pot of songs, that are down to earth but heavenly inspired and leave the heart hungry for more.

The two contributions from me are the IBC Nuernberg tracks 5 & 15:

Jesus Precious Blood (Lead Sheet), which I wrote back in Toowoomba with Tim Burstow, and
Rock of Ages (Sheet Music), a retune of the Topalady hymn.

To celebrate, until the 16th of November you can download a couple of tracks free via Noisetrade, including Rock of Ages:

I dress up, play make believe and warble for money. I also like to drink good coffee and think about things like culture, philosophy, faith. As a music steward, I lead congregational sung worship at a monthly international service at the FeG Karlsruhe.
